We're looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to help find and hire candidates for our engineering team. Reporting to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, this position will have high visibility and the chance to have a large impact as we seek to double the size of our engineering team over the next year. You'll help us protect honest people online by: Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for senior-level and individual contributor positions within the product and engineering teams, focusing on sourcing and building relationships with candidates, creating positive interview experiences, and overseeing the offer process. Partnering with the Global Head of TA to develop creative recruiting strategies and proactively cultivate a robust pipeline of diverse A+ talent at all levels through research, social media, referral generation, events, and sourcing campaigns to achieve hiring goals. Serve as a strategic partner to the people leadership team and business by providing advice on compensation, market insights, recruiting metrics, and strategies to enhance the efficiency of the recruiting funnel. Generate and deliver data-driven insights to business leaders to elevate and improve our recruiting processes and strategies. Proven track record of recruiting and hiring for positions at all levels, from high-volume associates to VP roles. Excellent networking skills and the ability to effectively engage high-caliber candidates across various business functions Exceptional communicator with the capability to persuade and advise executives on recruiting best practices, serving as a strategic business partner. Experienced in utilizing recruiting metrics to identify challenges, provide insights, and guide decisions.
