We are a young, dynamically growing leisure premium brand with a lot of passion for people, water, beach and happiness At Adenauer & Co we don't just make fashion, we develop real favorites with the claim to make people happy Our collections are sold exclusively in our beachhouse stores in Germany, Austria, Spain and our online beachhouse

**Your main tasks**:

- Development of the accessories (scarfs, towels, bags etc.) of our four collections per year
- Building and being responsible for a strong accessories division
- Establish new styles and trends to create a successful collection
- Develop vector based stylesketches
- Trendresearch
- Purchase price research & costing
- Defining quality standards to improve product quality
- Production monitoring
- Communication with the suppliers in English

**Your requirement profile**:

- Passion for casual beach wear and great enthusiasm
- Degree in fashion design / fashion management / business administration / economics
- Several years of experience in fashion, preferable in Accessories
- Advanced skills of Microsoft Office and Adobe Illustrator
- Very high-quality awareness and a sharp eye for details
- Independent and structured working method, keeping deadlines & confident appearance
- You are not afraid to take responsibility, to take initiative and assert yourself when it means the best for our products.
- Your good english skills not only ensure fluent communication with agencies and suppliers, but also smooth collaboration with a wide variety of internal and external interfaces
- High willingness to travel
