Remote Junior Product Manager

3 years working on technology-powered products as a Technical Product Manager, Product Manager or Engineer
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent technical experience
- Demonstrated understanding of the techniques and methods of modern product discovery and product delivery
- Demonstrated ability to learn with confidence from multiple functional areas of business - engineering, design, finance, sales, or marketing
- Demonstrated ability to find solutions to complex problems with many different types of constraints, using good judgement and data to assess risks and to present your argument in a well-organized, data-informed, written narrative
- Proven ability to engage with engineers, designers, and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship
- Excellent English writing and speaking skills. Any other language, especially Spanish, would be a plus

**About the role**:
The main responsibilities of the Product Manager at Crisalix are divided in 2 continuous activities:
1. Discovery: finding out what our customers love by analyzing data, industry trends and client interactions, more specifically:

- Operationalize and maintain our partnerships with key players in the industry
- Lead day-to-day partner relationships both during active development projects and during maintenance of existing products
- Drive strategic roadmap discussions with partners
- Gain a deep understanding of multiple constraints such as Legal, Medical and Regulatory reviews that can impact the partners’ roadmap
- Identify, share and implement strategies and best practices to optimize partner engagement
- Work constantly and cross-functionally with the partners’ internal stakeholders to ensure all development activities are carried out effectively
- Lead knowledge sharing of partnerships with the rest of Crisalix - including data on usage, commercial and strategic activities, new business opportunities
- Collaborate with the rest of Product development teams at Crisalix to scale the partner ecosystem effectively

2. Delivery: building and delivering value to our customers with our development teams, more specifically:

- Partner with a cross-functional team of engineers and designers to drive product development forward based on the partners’ requirements
- Make constantly data-driven decisions to prioritise functionalities and measure success of all our partners’ initiatives with a set of defined success metrics
