Depending on the commercial management, its mission will be to offer a personalized service to customers in the North American market, receiving, managing and following their orders.
**Main tasks**:
- Order processing and monitoring from start to finish.
- Stock control.
- Processing and sending samples.
- Reports and sales statistics.
- Incident control.
- Coordination with Supply Chain, planning and quality departments.
