Administration Assistant

**_Job Purpose _**
- Business and Administration _
- Data Collection - data concerning children’s attainment and progress
- Data Analysis - analysis of the data according to children’s age, gender, first language spoken, time in the school, etc.
- Marketing and Organisation of events in the school including charity events.
- Ordering of materials for use in the school
- Setting up of classes, teaching sets, and timetables on the school’s data base
- Collection of information - e.g. trip permissions, registers

- Have high expectations of all pupils and assist the promotion/reinforcement of pupils self esteem
- Respect pupil’s social, cultural, linguistic, religious and ethnic backgrounds
- Be committed to raising the educational achievement of pupils
- Build and maintain successful relationships with pupils, treating them consist-ently, with respect and consideration and to be concerned for their development as learners
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet the needs of all pupils (inc SEN pupils)
- Be familiar with and constantly use best practice from school behaviour policy
- Reflect on and maintain school philosophy and ethos

**_Relevant Skills _**
- Native/fluent English, with excellent oral and written communication skills
- Intermediate to high level of Spanish
- Interest in education sector
- Good organisational skills
- A love of working with children and the ability to manage groups of students
