Shared Services Assistant

We are looking for action oriented **Shared Services Assistant **to support our Procurement and Shared Services department. This a **great opportunity for people with Business Administration background.**

Reporting to the Procurement & Shared Services Manager, the Shared Services Assistant manage the documentation, update the record retention, and provide support to the department.

**IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL**:

- Ensure the accuracy between the invoices information recorded in Oracle and the purchase orders.
- Coding of accounting accounts in the invoices based on the accounting rules defined and written in the work guide.
- Verification of deviations between invoice and purchase order with the buyer teams (local and in remote (Cluj).
- Send verified and codified invoices to the center of excellence in manila for its correct accounting record.
- Keep updated the record retention of invoices managed with purchase order.
- Management of business cards, preparation and coordination of shipment with the Procurement & Shared Service team
- Support to the Procurement & Shared Service team:

- inventory of all office supplies.
- events & meetings.
- Manage the documentation: organization, clasification, digitalization, and archive.
- Verify that the information of the invoices is accurate.

**FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED**:

- Administrative education.
- Proven experience in administrative tasks
- Fluent in English.
- Strong PC User
