At **NETENDERS** we are looking for a new **French** **Customer Service & Sales Representative** We want someone who is used to interact in different cultural places, and who wants to work in a challenging high-growth environment. We are a pioneer & fast-growing international company that is the worldwide marketplace leader in Wholesale Blank Apparel.
**The role**:
As part of our Customer Service team you are the first contact point for our clients in your assigned market. You will be responsible for your assigned region's customer experience.
**Responsibilities**:
- Respond to incoming tickets from customers.
- Handle incoming customer phone calls.
- Provide reports to management.
- Process returns and refunds.
- Helping out customers by selling products and meeting customer needs.
**Qualifications**:
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in Customer Care over the phone & mail.
- Self-assured and commercially oriented. Confident on the phone.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent writing & oral native skills in **FRENCH **+ good English.
- Excellent computer skills and ability to type quickly.
- Prior experience within e-commerce/customer service would be appreciated.
