In this role, you will own the planning and execution of EMEA-based tradeshows and field events while supporting global event logistics. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and regional collaborators to deliver seamless event experiences that elevate the Onshape brand, engage prospects and customers, and support sales pipeline growth. This role requires strong project management skills, vendor coordination experience, and the ability to operate independently across time zones. **Key Responsibilities** - Lead planning and execution of all EMEA-based events, including tradeshows, field events, and internal enablement initiatives - Serve as the primary point of contact for EMEA event operations, managing logistics, shipping, vendor coordination, and on-site execution - Own event budget management for the EMEA region, ensuring efficient use of resources and alignment with business goals - Plan and execute major internal enablement events in EMEA, including agenda coordination, vendor management, internal communications, and stakeholder alignment - Coordinate virtual and in-person user group events across EMEA, working closely with customer marketing and sales to drive engagement and participation - Support global field events by coordinating venues, catering, and logistics in partnership with regional and U.S. teams - Collaborate closely with sales and the broader marketing group on event strategy, promotion, post-event reporting, and analysis to help measure ROI and improve future events **Qualifications & Experience** - 3+ years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or event operations, preferably in B2B or SaaS environments - Proven track record of independently planning, executing, and measuring tradeshows, field events, and internal team events across multiple regions - Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines, vendors, and stakeholders simultaneously - Experience managing event budgets, negotiating vendor contracts, and tracking spend against goals - Strong collaboration and communication skills; comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and external partners - Proficiency with event management platforms (e.g., Luma) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) - Willingness to travel across the EMEA region to support event execution and onsite coordination - Comfortable working across time zones and in a fast-paced, globally distributed team - Fluency in English required; additional European languages a plus **What We Offer** - Ticket restaurant card - Healthcare that includes dental and eye care - Mentorship program and exposure to senior leadership - start building your professional network now - Over 15 nationalities in our office - join a dynamic and multicultural workforce - Brand new offices in Poblenou (One Parc Central), with rooftop terrace and sea views - Hybrid working model (2 office days) - Diversity & Inclusion, Earth week, Employee Resource Groups and much more - Team events & team building, family days, Social Fridays with your PTC family - Recognized Best Place to Work 5 times LI-DNI Life at PTC is about more than working with today’s most cutting-edge technologies to transform the physical world.
