Revenue Marketing Coordinator (Marketing Ops & Lifecycle)
to help us boost the company to the next level.
This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about marketing operations and lifecycle management.
About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organized and performance-driven Revenue Marketing Coordinator to support and scale our demand generation efforts. Sitting at the intersection of marketing operations, lifecycle, and campaign execution, you'll play a critical role in coordinating integrated campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue.
Reporting to the Lifecycle manager, you'll partner with cross-functional teams to execute multi-channel campaigns, support SDR enablement, and optimize the full marketing funnel, from lead generation to nurturing.
Key Responsibilities
Lifecycle Marketing & Automation
- Own and execute lifecycle marketing campaigns, including lead nurturing, onboarding flows, and re-engagement sequences.
- Identify and activate quick-win automation opportunities to improve funnel velocity and conversion.

SDR Enablement & Campaign Support
- Coordinate with SDRs to provide campaign briefs, prospecting sequences, and ensure proper lead routing and follow-up.
- Collaborate with the Field Marketing & Events manager to turn events into full-funnel, multi-touch campaigns.

Campaign Operations & Reporting
- Maintain campaign calendars and project management boards
- Ensure accurate lead attribution and reporting to support visibility into pipeline and ROI.
- Analyze campaign performance, extract insights, and share learnings with the wider Revenue Marketing team.

What You Bring
- 1-3 years of experience in demand generation, marketing operations, or campaign coordination.
- Hands-on experience with CRM (Hubspot) and marketing automation platforms
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing multiple stakeholders.
- Data-driven mindset with a bias for execution and continuous improvement.

Fluent (Native +1) in Italian (written and spoken) and English
