**Europe Event Coordinator**

The Europe Event Coordinator is a vital member of the Alira Health Marketing Team and part of Global Campaigns Team. In this role you will be able to make your mark by planning, coordinating, and aligning conferences and Alira Health branded events with the existing Marketing strategy. As part of quickly growing Marketing team, you will be the one responsible for making sure that we are showing up at the events in a way that our brand is fully supported, and event commercial potential is fully realized.

**Responsibilities**:

- Recommends, develops, implements, and proactively manages event schedule with attention to commercial goals of the company and time and budget constraints
- Negotiates with vendors to achieve the most favorable terms
- Tracks the details for all events, timelines, key deadlines, action items, venues and budgets
- Conducts event debriefs, tracks the generated leads and manages ROI reports
- When necessary, joins Alira Health team on-site to ensure the impeccable company presence
- Brainstorms and implements event plans and concepts
- Develops, orders, and proactively manages the stock of Alira Health event materials in close alignment with Branding Team and local Office Managers
- Work alongside Director of Global Campaigns to shape the event processes that help Alira Health scale

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience in a role of event coordinator in the Healthcare Industry
- Clear understanding of the events’ role in marketing strategy
- Excellent vendor management skills
- Project management and risk management experience desirable
- Communication and negotiation ability
- Attention to detail and problem solving
- Availability to travel occasionally
- Fluent English (Italian, Spanish, French, or German is a plus)
