**About the Internship**
Are you a motivated, communicative person with a passion for international work environments and sales? As a **Sales Executive Intern** at Workwide, you’ll support our team in acquiring new clients, engaging with decision-makers, and contributing to exciting projects that shape the future of agency recruitment. You’ll be working closely with our CCO and be a key player in our sales process from day one. This is your chance to already gain valuable B2B sales experience during your studies—an excellent stepping stone for your future career.
**What you will be doing**
- **Prospecting & Lead Generation**: Identify potential clients and key stakeholders across Europe.
- **KPI-Focused Work**: Work towards clear weekly goals for outreach, leads generated, and meetings scheduled.
- **Sales Meetings**: Schedule meetings for our CCO and actively participate in them to learn and contribute.
- **Client Management (Later Stage)**: As your skills grow, take on more responsibility in leading meetings and preparing tailored offers.
- **Sales Support**: Collaborate on strategies, proposals, and improvements to the sales process.
**What we are looking for**
- **Language Requirements**: Native German speaker with business-level English skills (essential).
- **Educational Background**: Studying Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- **Skills and Traits**: Structured, energetic, and results-driven approach to work.
- **Interest in Sales & Recruitment**: Enthusiasm for B2B sales, recruitment marketing, and international environments.
- **Previous Experience (a plus)**: Any sales experience, especially in recruitment, media, or sourcing, is beneficial but not required.
