Social Media Manager Spanish-speaking

**What is this job about?**:
In this position as a **Social Media Manager** for the **Spanish** market, your goal is to ensure the **growth and success of the company** through digital channels.

On a daily basis, you will define and implement strategies, analyze its performance and ensure the **company's events and experiences** are well promoted.

**Your challenges**:

- Develop new and **innovative strategies** to promote the unique experiences the company is creating
- Ensure that the company's properties in Spain are **maximizing exposure** for the biggest events, both pre-launch and during the event duration
- Work closely with different teams of the company and ensure **timely delivery of media actions**:

- Overseas workflows of the editorial team
- Liaise with other teams to **ensure that all content meet expectations**:

- alignment with brand and communication strategy
- expected quality
- meet deadlines
- **Monitor and analyze campaigns performance**, and define ways to improve them
- Track revenue streams via various **KPIs** and analytics tools
- Develop creative marketing strategies and media actions to help **showcase the company’s events**:

- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Identify **editorial partnerships** opportunities to bring the company’s events and content to an ever-wider, diverse audience
- Work with the legal team to coordinate contracts, and Terms & Conditions as needed
- Find and **onboard freelancers** to work on different projects
- **Optimize content campaigns** according to the current social media landscape

**What do you need to apply?**:

- Language skills**:bilingual level** in **Spanish** and **advanced** level of **English**:

- Minimum **3 years of experience** in the following fields:

- **Project Management** for a newsroom, marketing agency, or a brand
- **Social Media**, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube (Operational + strategic)
- Strong understanding of **digital media** trends
- You feel comfortable working in a **fast-paced digital environment**
