**Role**: Community Manager (Spanish Speaking)

**ROLE MISSION**

Working in partnership with our client, the Community Manager will work with one of the world's largest drinks companies on their premium and luxury alcohol brands. The Community Manager will be a social all-rounder full of talent and ambition, who can match our clients' passion for industry-leading marketing.

**ABOUT THE TEAM YOU WILL BE JOINING**

Reports to the Senior Channel Manager

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN YOUR ROLE**
- Managing all inbound comments with appropriate responses and escalations
- Community management to foster relationships and advocacy within social audiences
- Posting and scheduling all content
- To act as brand guardian to ensure all work produced is faithful to the client's brand guidelines
- Adoption and use of the brand's voice - responding to and engaging with the user community.
- Helping to develop copy to support our visual content
- Participating in creative brainstorms alongside the Social and Creative team
- Having a great understanding of social channels and trends
- Staying up-to-date with updates and changes across the social platforms and communicating these to team members
- Using tools and platform insights to extract data
- Having a knowledge of industry benchmarks for reach, engagement, sentiment, etc
- Regular social listening to look for opportunities to respond to and lead conversations
- Creating and delivering reports, sharing ideas, taking feedback, and discussing updates
- Building relationships with your clients with regular meetings and exceptional servicing
- Supporting the Social Team with campaign planning and agency liaison

**WHAT SKILLS WILL HELP YOU BE SUCCESSFUL**
- Someone who loves social media and wants to make it their career
- Has already started working in social media and is looking for their next step up
- Is comfortable working in busy environments with many projects on the go at any time, being able to meet deadlines
- Must have flawless written Spanish, including punctuation and spelling
- Good organizational skills
- Must be fluent in English
- Someone who loves the pace of digital change and innovation
- Someone who keeps abreast of pop culture, loves a meme, and keeps on top of internet trends
- Follows influencers across a range of passion points and platforms
- Good understanding of which content, formats and platforms drive which outcomes
- Good understanding of people's behaviour on social media across different platforms
- Must be highly analytical with a 'measure and optimise' approach to content creation
- Well organised with good time management, and is comfortable working on a range of tasks and projects at once
- Good verbal communication skills
- Experience with social listening and social management tools expertise
- Someone who is proactive, motivated to work hard, and learn from the best
- Ideally someone who has an interest in the drinks category, the spirits category, and alcohol trends
