Region South Europe is one of the 9 regions within the H&M Group and has its headquarters in Barcelona, Spain. The Region runs across 7 markets: France, Belgium / Luxembourg, Spain / Portugal, Italy, Turkey

**Job Description**:
Our Region South Europe HR community aims to create value from cross-functional perspectives in close collaboration with global and local HR within the H&M group.

On this journey we´re all collaborating to create the best omni customer offer and as a C&B Specialist you will be a key player in making this happen. As part of the Regional HR Team, you are the person responsible for:

- Drive global Total Rewards processes and projects at local level and in compliance with local legislation and regulations.
- Give expert advice on Total Rewards and be a partner to managers, HR, and other functions within the local markets.
- Implement and adapt H&M Group CoE Total Rewards guidelines and frameworks for effective Total Rewards programs in the local market.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Lead the implementation and execution of H&M Group Total Rewards Strategy in the region
- Analyze market trends to ensure compensation and benefits are competitive locally and are in line with needs and expectations of the business and employees.
- Lead the local annual salary budgeting process and local salary review process, support the implementation of global rewards processes where needed.
- Implement technical solutions that are connected to rewards and collaborate with H&M Group CoE Total Rewards and Business Tech function for future tools.
- Design, develop local or adapt global benefit programs, including health, retirement, and supportive benefits, in close collaboration with local and global stakeholders.
- Provide support, guidance and advice on compensation, benefits and mobility to Leaders and HR community in the region. Coach stakeholders on handling rewards matters.
- Support local HR teams engaged with compensation and benefits.
- Advise managers on and manage off-cycle increases in line with global standards, local salary levels, and local collective labor agreements
- Advise on types of contracts facilitating global talent management and movement between countries
- Follow market trends and rewards innovation and share insights with CoE Total Rewards and Regional HR leaders.
- Implement global strategies considering the regional context and ensure alignment and engagement with local HR Teams
- Own the local strategy for stakeholder engagement within Total Rewards
- Ensure compliance within Total Rewards on the local markets
