Have you worked in a **HR** or a **Total Rewards****Excel**You will play a pivotal role in supporting the **administration** and **analytics** of compensation and benefits programs across all regions as a member of the Central Total Rewards Operational Team. This role focuses on administrative and operational support across **compensation platforms, job profile management, and data integrity processes,** which will enable regional Total Rewards teams to focus on strategic initiatives.## **System Administration:** Act as administrator for key platforms such as Syndio, market pricing tools, and job evaluation systems.
