**What will your role be as a Senior Project Manager - DMC Cities?**

As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll take the lead in designing and executing complex MICE and sports-related events across Spain. You'll bring both strategic vision and flawless operational execution to ensure high-level service for our clients.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Designing creative and high-value proposals tailored to client needs.
- Full operational management of projects, coordinating all internal and external stakeholders.
- Negotiating with and contracting top-tier suppliers, ensuring optimal conditions (booking schedules, cancellation terms, etc.).
- Selecting environmentally conscious providers to ensure top service and sustainability.
- Sourcing exclusive venues: stadiums, recording studios, castles, mansions, wineries, royal buildings, ports, museums, convents, and more.
- Conducting pricing analysis to offer smart, cost-effective options aligned with client brand strategies.
- Managing demanding timelines and multiple projects with speed and precision.
- Meeting KPIs and performance standards established by each client and the DMC Cities unit.
- Supporting business development, prospecting opportunities, and taking the lead on-site during events.
- Willingness to travel as required.

**Requirements**:
**What are we looking for?**
- 5+ years of proven experience in DMC and MICE/SPORTs project management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service and attention to detail.
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Proven decision-making ability in high-pressure environments.
- Highly organized, methodical, and collaborative team player.
