Multinational company for the development of large industrial and logistics projects, with a clear internal focus on people and in a phase of expansion, is looking for a Senior Project Manager

**_What you will bring_**

**Operational**:The project manager ensures compliance with the client's requirements for all persons working on site: own staff, temporary staff, staff on loan, subcontractors, service providers, etc.

**Technical**: The project manager directs the project by mastering all technical skills, managing risks and ensuring the optimisation of results. He/she assimilates all the disciplines involved in the project, ensures the budgetary management of the project and arbitrates the various technical options proposed to him/her.

**Management**: The Project Manager gives a strategic vision of the project to the partners and federates them in view of success. He/she commits and federates all energies towards the success of the project; he/she sets and priorities the objectives of the operational managers; he/she gives meaning to the project.

**Communication**:The project manager leads the transfer of knowledge, in particular know-how within his project and contributes to a large extent to the exchange of information throughout the company. He actively participates in operational meetings.

We select profiles with a consolidated experience in relevant companies of the sector (10 to 15 years minimum) in particular in project management of building projects of industrial plants or logistics warehouses.

Project perimetrics/previous experience in works of 200 to 400 Million Euros.

Person open to other cultures, with a European/international environment.

Apart from Spanish and English, knowledge/good level of French would be an asset.
