Estamos buscando un **Project Manager Senior** para formar parte directamente de la plantilla de nuestro cliente del sector seguros

**Descripción del trabajo**:
En Zemsania estamos en busca de un Project Manager Senior con al menos 5 años de experiência para unirse al equipo de nuestro cliente del sector seguros.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Planificar y supervisar la ejecución de proyectos desde su inicio hasta su finalización.
- Definir objetivos y entregables claros en colaboración con los equipos internos y externos.
- Gestionar los recursos del proyecto, incluidos el personal, el presupuesto y el tiempo.
- Identificar y mitigar los riesgos del proyecto para garantizar el éxito a largo plazo.
- Comunicarse de manera efectiva con todos los interesados para mantenerlos informados sobre el progreso del proyecto.
- Realizar informes regulares sobre el estado del proyecto y los logros alcanzados.

**Requisitos**:

- 5 años de experiência comprobada como Project Manager en proyectos de gran envergadura.
- Excelentes habilidades de liderazgo y gestión de equipos.
- Conocimientos sólidos en metodologías de gestión de proyectos, como Scrum, Agile, etc.
- Gran capacidad para resolver problemas y tomar decisiones efectivas.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
- Título universitario en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería u otro campo relacionado.
