Basic qualification
- Significant experience in program management within a partner organization
- Advanced Excel knowledge (pivot tables / conditionals/ vlookups)
- Preferred knowledge in data management
- Creative, critical thinker with advanced analytical skills
- Superior oral and written communication skills with an innate attention to detail.
- Proven success managing time and multiple projects in a high growth environment where priorities shift fast.
- Ability to present ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives.

As the EMEA Partner Funding Program Manager, you will have an exciting opportunity to deliver on our strategy, build mind share, and increase adoption of Amazon’s infrastructure web services (Amazon S3, Amazon EC2, Amazon RDS) across AWS’s most strategic consulting partners and their customers.

Key job responsibilities

**Responsibilities**:

- Work jointly with select members of the EMEA AWS Partner Network community to coordinate and manage marketing campaigns and programs utilized by Partners
- Drive and support the WW Partner Funding program across its different pillars, i.e. funding, marketing and training initiatives, to ensure proper alignment and budget execution locally
- Actively sync with PR/Marketing/APN teams to standardize/unify/benchmark the strategies and continuous communication approach (cadence)
- Support, maintain and share best practices related to our automation platforms Ability to design, execute and collaborate with internal/external stakeholders on APN related platforms and tools, and be able to share with peers these workflows
- Develop plans and process to measure impact and ROI of strategic programs
- Document and communicate project status regularly to the leadership team
- Design and deliver the inherent and relevant reporting tools to reflect the business related metrics, including revenue tracking, recurrent reporting, goals follow up and assessment by using current BI tools and systems such as Tableau and internal CRM such as SFDC.
