**Job Summary**:We are looking for a **Bar Manager** to join our team of passionate individuals in **ME SITGES**. As Bar manager, you will manage the day-to-day operations of your assigned Food & Beverage outlet of the **ME SITGES**, including the planning, monitoring, controlling and organizing of the operations in accordance with the Company’s vision, business objectives and the best practices of the industry.

**What will I be doing?**
- Manage the business aspects** **of the bar, such as keeping a current liquor license, negotiating supplier contracts, taking inventory and reordering supplies, managing budgets, and setting goals.
- Hiring and training staff to provide excellent service to patrons.
- Setting and enforcing quality and safety controls.
- Maintaining a fun, safe atmosphere for patrons.
- To continuously assess all standards, levels of customer satisfaction and staff performance, recommending improvements and interventions to the Food & Beverage Manager and implementing when agreed
- Deal with all guest or customer complaints in a professional manner and as per the Hotel’s procedures.

**What are we looking for**:

- Experience in a similar position of 1-2 years
- Preferably experience in 4 or 5 star hotels
- Teamwork
- Capacity for resolution and adaptation
- English professional level.
