**The role**:
As the EMEA Senior Trainer, you will arrange and conduct training, events, and sales visits. You will be taking full responsibility for the overall efficient and effective running of all training sessions. This includes designing bespoke training tools and presentations, preparation of all required documents and equipment, running the sessions, issuing certificates and letters post session, and ensuring monthly follow-ups via letter and phone with the EMEA trainers. You will provide a short report per training session.

The role will require you to personally prospect for new business from time to time and to learn and practise all the brand’s treatments, understand and modify existing protocols for training and understanding the key benefits of all the brand’s retail lines when training. In addition to training at all types of accounts - retail, spa, or salon - and to be the key expert in the brand’s treatments and products.

As this is an international coverage role, frequent travel around the EMEA territories will be required with frequent overnight stays away from home. Training, new launches and international seminars may also require occasional travel abroad.

**How you’ll dazzle us**:
You should have excellent customer service skills, with a dynamic and proactive personality demonstrating exceptional interpersonal, organisational and time management skills.

We’re looking for a team player with the ability to exercise discretion and confidentiality at all times. It’s essential that you have computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

The Spanish language is not mandatory but is recommended, and you must hold a valid driver’s licence and Spanish work permit.
