We're looking for a Human Resources Intern for a 6-month internship to support our Barcelona-based HR Team at Edpuzzle, a leading ed-tech company trusted by over 80% of schools in the USA and millions of teachers and students across the globe, with offices in San Francisco and Barcelona.

The right person will work hand in hand with our HR Team, assisting in the execution of various HR projects including recruitment, selection, development, employee training, personnel management, and selection. There is plenty of room to get a wide breadth of experience

**Responsibilities**:

- Help maintain, develop, propose, and implement HR and company policies, procedures, and other guidelines.
- Support employees and managers in understanding and being compliant with HR policies and guidelines.
- Manage HR-related tools with tasks related to time-management and time-off requests.
- Ensure HR- tools are up-to-date.
- Taking over administrative activities, such as managing personnel files and maintaining personnel data in compliance with GDPR requirements.
- Support employees and managers in understanding and being compliant with HR policies and guidelines.
- Collaborate in the execution and follow-up of all actions derived from occupational risk prevention.
- Support your team on different HR projects and initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Studying or about to graduate with a Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or relevant fields.
- Ability to sign an internship agreement with your university of at least 6 months.
- No previous experience is required, although previous experience in a Human Resources department will be valued.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in English and Spanish.
- Good problem-solving, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
