We are looking for a generalist People Consultant with a proven people analytics and reporting expertise, motivated and eager to grow professionally, to join a team of high-level professionals and contribute to the success of the company and the business from the People Team.

**Your Job**:

- Data Analysis: define, collect and aggregate people and business data from disparate sources so the company can make fact-based decisions. Identify the critical data, assess the quality, and help to understand how it can be accessed.
- Build, develop and maintain dashboards and reports in partnership with stakeholders across the region.
- Provide analytical answers to strategic questions about talent processes, including but not limited to, DEI strategies, retention, promotions, succession planning, learning analytics, employee engagement, as well as ad hoc analytic requests.
- Collaborate closely with regional counterparts on regional projects and share best practices.
- Design and manage employee benefits programs, assisting the organization in selecting and implementing benefits and wellness programs that align with the organization's goals and employee needs.
- Be the first contact for any employee queries.
- Involvement in personnel administration tasks such as contractual documentation, compensation and benefits package, time management.
- Manage SAP Success Factors for our local unit in collaboration with colleagues from other units and support the business in its use. Process local databases and employee files.
- Occupational health and safety management.
- Participation in different local and regional projects.

**Your Profile**:

- Degree in business management, human resources, law or similar
- Excellent Data/ People Analytics skills with substantial experience gained in a complex multinational work environment
- Proven track record building dashboards related to People / HR data, using Power BI
- Presentation skills with the ability to translate HR data to meaningful insights
- Team spirit; capability to expand, maintain and pass on knowledge
- Communication skills and high degree of intercultural competence
- Open to learning and participating in various projects or tasks with a growth mindset spirit
- Proficient using Microsoft packages i.e. Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)
- Excellent language skills in Spanish and English
- Experience in using HRIS tools to create and edit reports, preferably SuccessFactors
- Basic understanding of Agile methodology is a plus
