We are looking for an experienced **Digital Analytics Consultant **who will provide detailed solutions to achieve maximum conversion and increase turnover for the business.
As part of the Data & Analytics team, you actively participate in the projects carried out by Incubeta. These projects cover a **wide range of services**, including data collection, data analysis, dashboarding, CRO, and Advanced Marketing Analytics projects. You will also actively participate in the Digital Analytics offers.
Reporting to the Data & Analytics Manager, you will help prioritize web analytics requests, tasks & deliverables according to business needs across different Industries. This is an exciting time to join as our Data and Analytics team is going through a big period of growth.
**Role and Responsibilities**
As the Data & Analytics Consultant, you will work on our clients, helping to provide customer experience data by:
- Manage & influence customer contacts and maintain positive working relationships and help them analyze the data, trends, and performance,
- Identifying sales/upselling opportunities as well as business challenges and adding strategic Analytics experience to our customers for them to grow their businesses,
- Provide account management on large Analytics projects,
- Provide analytics training to customers on-site,
- Define KPIs with the client and perform an audit of the current data ecosystem
- Build measurement plan for varied web analytics, TMS, and CMP tools
- Provide input into RFPs by supporting the Sales team to draw up and present strategic proposals toward customers' inclusive timelines and costs of investments,
- Consult with customers on the deployment of Google Analytics / Google Analytics 360 across their web properties,
- Actively participate in sales, customer, and team meetings.

**Your profile**
- Minimum 2 - 3 years experience working on digital analytics projects, **especially Google Analytics (Universal Analytics and GA4).**:
- University Degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or Marketing.
- Fluent in Spanish and good knowledge of business English (Portuguese & Italian are a plus)
- Sound understanding of the Southern European and specific Spanish online advertising industry - knowledge of the underlying technology, major tech providers, agencies landscape, and online media buying & selling processes including the programmatic buying landscape,
- Ability to code/script in support of customer requirements (SQL and/or Javascript and/or Python)
- Experience in designing and building solutions with ETL, TMS, Web Analytics tools, etc.
- Strong in strategic analysis and profound advisory skills,
- Proven track record of successful business development gained at a media agency or advertiser level,
- Proven expert knowledge in Google Analytics 360,
- Strong understanding of all digital marketing channels, ad technologies, cross-media solutions,
- Advanced project management skills,
- Knowledge of Analysis techniques applied to Marketing. Google Cloud knowledge is a plus.
