**Responsibilities**:
**Your role as a Junior Manager will involve**:

- **
Data Analysis and Visualization for Delivery Team**: Provide crucial support to the course delivery team by analyzing data and creating insightful visualizations. This will empower the team to make data-driven decisions and optimize the learning experience.
- ** Course Engagement Focus**: Work closely on improving online course engagement by conducting in-depth data analysis. Measure engagement metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of team initiatives and strategies. Use these insights to implement and refine approaches that enhance student participation and satisfaction.
- ** Support in Key Innovation Areas**: Assist our specialized technical team in research and development efforts, including:

- AI-generated audio cases
- AI and no-code solutions for multimedia content creation
- Automatic content and data updates
- AI-driven educational content sustainability
- Immersive learning with VR/XR
- AI-powered simulation-based, game-based, and role-play learning
- Educational content recommendation tools
- Text-to-animated-video generation

Your role will be to support these innovative projects by providing data analysis, creating visualizations, and assisting with Python-based tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
**To thrive in this role you should have**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
- Proficiency in Python programming with a focus on data analysis and creating insightful visualizations
- Demonstrable experience in working with data analysis libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib)
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git, Azure DevOps)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus
- Desirable: Knowledge of Machine Learning frameworks and Generative AI technologies

**Additional Desirable Qualifications**:

- Experience with educational technologies or learning platforms
- Enthusiasm for staying updated with the latest trends in EdTech and AI in education
- Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, Java
