El Canal Digital necesita un referente analítico que mida el pulso del negocio, anticipe tendencias y active mejoras continuas junto a Producto UX/UI y Operaciones. La misión Convertirte en el radar analítico del canal digital traduciendo datos de uso y negocio en decisiones estratégicas que impulsen crecimiento, eficiencia y experiencia de cliente. Responsabilidades clave Mantener y evolucionar dashboards y reporting de KPIs del canal digital (foco en app). Traducir datos en insights y storytelling para foros ejecutivos. Detectar oportunidades y activar iniciativas con equipos transversales. Realizar benchmarking continuo frente a banca tradicional y neobancos. Garantizar la gobernanza y calidad de los datos de canal. Impulsar la metodología digital para acelerar el time-to-market. Alinear prioridades de Producto, Ventas, Servicio y Eficiencia con base en evidencias. Liderar inteligencia competitiva y generar insights para decisiones. Establecer y coordinar OKRs a nivel directivo y de equipos. Impulsar misiones de alto impacto. Traducir insights y feedback de clientes en iniciativas claras y medibles. Preparar materiales ejecutivos para comités y sponsors facilitando la toma de decisiones. Requirements 6 años en estrategia digital o analítica en banca/fintech. Excelentes habilidades de storytelling y presentación ejecutiva. Experiencia influyendo a stakeholders de primer nivel. Mentalidad proactiva y orientada a mercado y tendencias. Experiencia liderando proyectos de mejora con múltiples stakeholders. Capacidad analítica alta y orientación a resultados. Conocimiento del entorno bancario, productos financieros o modelos de venta directa (valorable). Habilidades de comunicación, influencia y estructuración de mensajes ejecutivos.
