Digital Insights Manager

The Digital Insight Manager is responsible for getting the business-relevant actionable insights out of the digital analytics data. They collaborate with Digital Implementation colleagues and designated product area to ensure proper tracking implementation.
They work closely with the designated product area to understand their specific business goals and challenges, ensuring that the insights derived from digital analytics data are aligned with the product strategy and objectives.
They play a crucial role in promoting a data-driven culture within the company by sharing these insights with the assigned product area and business teams, as well as training team members to independently access and utilize reporting data.. The Digital Insight Manager also conducts in-depth analysis of digital analytics data, integrating it with figures from other sources to enhance the understanding of customers' online behavior.

**The key tasks include**:

- Deliver actionable insights to the assigned product area, enabling data-driven decision-making, in collaboration with implementation managers.
- Analyze and derive key conclusions from A/B test results, providing actionable insights to optimize digital experiences and conversion rates.
- Present results from analysis to stakeholders in a comprehensive and easily understandable manner, ensuring effective communication of insights and recommendations.
- Shape and drive company-wide data-driven decisions by providing valuable insights to key stakeholders.
- Function as the designated contact person for Adobe Web Analytics, offering guidance and support to assigned product area/stakeholders utilizing the tool.
- Play an active role in the further development of the company-wide Web Analytics concept, ensuring it aligns with business objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- University degree in a STEM-field (Science, Economics, Engineering or Math).
- Working experience with digital analytics, ideally using Adobe Analytics.
- Experience in conducting A/B testing and analyzing experiment results.
- Good data visualization skills and the ability to find meaningful insights from big datasets.
- Excellent communicator with a skill of inspiring people using data.
- Basic understanding of relational databases and SQL
- Experience in data integration using advanced Excel skills, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Ideally, some programming knowledge using Python or R
- Ideally, experience working with interdisciplinary product area, demonstrating an understanding of digital product development processes.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies is a plus.
- Motivation and ability to learn fast.
- High attention to detail, with a data-driven mindset and critical thinking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
