**RESPONSIBILITIES**: - Co-define, create and execute Social Media content across channels for the Brazilian market. Unique and engaging content while maintaining brand standards, voice and style. - Encourage collaborations and strategic partnerships. - Generate brand awareness and community. - Implement strategies for the development of new platforms (rrss). - Research and acquisition of new influencers. - Writing social media texts for the brand. - Regular reporting on KPIs, trends and competitors. - Analyze and understand the audience to create and propose insightful content that drives action. - Analysis and monitoring of competitors and our users and vendors. **SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES HAVE**: - 2-3 years' experience building and deploying local and international social media end-to-end campaigns - Strong proficiency and experience working with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tik Tok and Pinterest platforms - Creative thinker with strong analytical skills - comfortable interpreting data, deriving actionable media insights and using them to inform future campaigns - Be an epic team player, collaborator, "can-do" attitude and innovation agent - Experience in brand & audience based media planning principles - Self-starter with excellent organization skills and ability to multi-task - Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment - Previous experience with influencers and generating brand community is a plus - English: level B2 - Portuguese: native **WHAT WE LOVE ABOUT YOU**: - You Dream Big.
