**Job Description Summary**:
The International EHS Data Analytics, Tools and Systems Coordinator is responsible for assisting in efforts to maintain compliance, reduce risk and deliver EHS excellence through consistent data management using standardized processes, and tools across International.
Finally, this role will collaborate across International EHS team as we work to build one successful EHS International team, providing necessary support to the International EHS Leader as required.
**Essential Responsibilities**
- Support digital tool and systems utilization across International, through development of standard work.
- Support continuous improvement and operational effectiveness through dashboard development and maintenance.
- Collaborate across International EHS organization to review and understand findings and Key Performance Indicators for statistical trend analysis to help identify and address systemic issues.

Qualifications/Requirements**
- Proficient knowledge using Microsoft office packages and other digital platforms, such as Smartsheet
- Fluent English with strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work in a matrix environment, influence and motivate diverse teams to achieve a unified goal
**Desired Characteristics**
- Able to coach and support key influencers to drive EHS compliance and the reduction of risk through team engagement and help develop an organizational culture that prioritizes EHS.
Self-starter with demonstrated ability to manage multiple issues with competing priorities
- Additional language skills
**Eligibility Requirements**:

- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
- Currently residing within the region
