**Responsibilities**:

- Participate in creating and enhancing our safety culture.
- Maintain accurate records.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and contractors.
- Deal with enquiries regarding control of work and space
- Deliver training to suppliers and contractors.
- Monitor compliance.
- Prepare reports.
- Participate in audits.
- Assist in any other site requests or EHS work.

**Requirements**:

- Language - fluency in written and spoken English
- Computer literate
- The ability to work well both as part of a team and on your own.
- Health and Safety qualification, Nebosh / IOSH / other
- Risk assessment/Method statement understanding.
- Broad technical knowledge of facilities management and building systems.
- Responsive to customer requests in an empathic, supportive, and productive manner
- Experience of working across national borders.

**Nice to have**:

- Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems and construction techniques
- Language - business fluency in German, French, Spanish, or Hebrew would be a bonus.
- Technical drawing skills
- First aid qualification
- Management of Risk qualification
