Are you interested in continuing your development as a **Project & Business Manager **in a leading company dedicated to air transport communications?

From Oxigent Technologies we are looking for a** PROJECT & BUSINESS MANAGER** to participate in different web development projects, located in **Barcelona**.

**What will be your main functions?**
- Definition of requirements.
- Capture the priorities of the teams and asigned task
- **Deliver requirements to the technical teams.**
- Check the budgets.
- **Business value**, defines that what is defined in the initial phase of the project is what is delivered.
- The specific items in the roadmaps are managed by the Product Managers.
- Stakeholder management, show what really adds value to the products and the project.
- **Business case building and developing of workshops with engineers.**
- Requirements: translate the needs of the team.
- **Gate process is a plus**
- Presentations and reporting to the senior management teams.
- Type of requirements: network improvement plan or protocol improvement plan.

**For this, what will you need?**
- **3+ years relevant work experience**
- Bachelor or higher degree
- Experience in the telecommunications sector,** experience in the aviation sector is a plus.**
- Project management of technology projects (Mobile, OBS, or similar)
- **Experience in technical project management and Business, and management of different products simultaneously**
- Experience with agile Methodologies
- Self-motivated, team-oriented, positive can-do attitude, can work autonomously and manage multiple tasks and priorities
- You know what project management means, how to do it, and why it matters
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all levels in the organisation
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Creative thinking skills

- Salary according to the experience provided (between 43.000 - 47.000 euros gross per year).
