If you’re passionate about intrapeneurship, thrive in high-uncertainty environments and enjoy balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution, this role is for you.What you'll doAs a Business Designer / Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in turning ideas into validated business opportunities. You’ll work at the intersection of strategy, design, and execution, collaborating closely with UX, Design, and Growth teams, as well as with clients and external stakeholders.Your responsibilities will include:Designing and validating new business models from opportunity mapping to market testing.Leading value proposition development aligned with user needs and market trends.Conducting market research, user interviews, and trend analysis to inform business decisions.Facilitating workshops with internal teams and clients using NOBA’s own innovation methodologies.Managing end-to-end project delivery: planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.Ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder alignment, and risk management throughout the project lifecycle.Preparing clear documentation, reports, and project updates for internal and external use.What we look for:3+ years in business design, innovation consulting, venture building, or product management.Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.Proficiency in research methods and data synthesis.Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.Proactive attitude, great attention to detail.Teamwork oriented.Test & learn mindset.Humble and positive mindset, eager to learn.Barcelona based or willing to relocate.Fluent in Spanish & English.
