**The Team**:
Within the CX team, the Customer Understanding team is responsible for the Voice of the Customer (VoC) programme, aimed at understanding the experiences of our customers and acting on their feedback. The role will report to the Head of VoC programme working in close collaboration with all team members.

**The Role**:
The CX research intern will have an opportunity to work on a diverse set of CX initiatives and will gain capabilities in voice of customer analytics, data capture mechanisms, root cause analysis, program management, data visualisation, and other CX skill-sets.

**The work you’ll do**:

- Create and own key VoC programmes
- Facilitate targeted customer research in support of VoC findings
- Project manage elements of Customer Understanding Centre of Excellence (CoE)
- Own data science and data visualisation projects

**The qualifications you need**:

- Proven project management experiences
- Strong visual storytelling skills
- Research and synthesis skills
- Analytics and analytics software competency (must have: good knowledge of Excel / G-Sheet, experience with SQL; nice to have: other coding languages)
- Good knowledge of spoken and written English
- Nice to have: coursework in analytics, marketing, user centred design, information science, or other applicable areas
- At least 6 months of full-time availability
