You will also follow up on the virtual assistant implementation currently ongoing at IATA. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in a dynamic environment and develop your skills in a digital operation.  What your day would be like Contribute to the definition of the target experience of the IATA Customer Portal;  Help collecting and drafting the required business requirements;  Support analyzing the Customer Portal’s FAQ database to simplify the customer's experience; Learn how to manage, test and follow up on the developed virtual assistant; Assist on delivering continuous service improvement. We would love to hear from you if you have A recent (less than 12 months) University degree/post-graduate in Business Administration or a related field; Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced and highly demanding multicultural environment; Knowledge of Salesforce; Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently; Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).This is a full-time internship position with a duration of 6-12 months.
