**¿How will you contribute to PropHero?**
Your mission will be to guide our clients through the post sales process until the settlement of their property investment. You will have full communication with many of the stakeholders involved in the transaction: the seller, the agent and the client, manage the sign of contract, attend inquiries that may come up, organize all documentation in detail, coordinate inspections, and validate everything is correct and on track.
Your success in this mission will be stellar if you develop the following roles and contributions:
**Top Detail-Oriented Project Management**:
- Communicate professionally and fluently with clients and agents, promoting a high quality property investment service.
- Coordinate and manage every stakeholder involved, leading different operations at the same time.
- Receive, organize, and file all relevant documentation, giving great importance to detail.
- Ability to address any issues that may arise during the process in a timely and efficient manner.
- Operate in a close, confident and honest way with demanding stakeholders.
- Detect and implement ways to make the validation process more agile, providing a more fluid and direct workflow.
**¿What will make you succeed with us?**
- +2 years of experience in a project management role. Organized, detail oriented person, with the ability to manage high demanding operations.
- High organizational and administrative skills. Ability to prepare complete reports and organize documentation for our stakeholders.
- Operational vision. Capable to lead and coordinate the whole contract process.
- Good communication skills and professional posture.
- Proactivity and Autonomy: Prophero operates in a changing ecosystem, which implies being able to adapt easily, being agile in reactions, working at a good pace and having a positive and proactive attitude.
- High level of written and spoken english. Prophero communicates and operates in the English language.
- Outstand passion for PropHero. Willing to grow personally and professionally in a very fast-paced and demanding organization.
It will be a plus if you are:
- Resolutive.
- Able to manage and lead different processes at the same time.
- Have domain on organizational and reporting tools (Excel, CRM...)
