Actualmente estamos en la búsqueda de un **HR Coordinator **para nuestro departamento de Recursos Humanos basado en nuestra central en Málaga centro.
Las principales **funciones** de esta persona serán:
- Gestionar las compras recurrentes del área y controlas la facturación.
- Coordinar y ejecutar los eventos corporativos como nuestro Kick off y eventos/actividades para los empleados.
- Gestionar el archivo físico.
- Elaborar los certificados básicos para los empleados.
- Comunicar los accidentes de trabajo.
- Coordinar los reconocimientos médicos: solicitud, coordinación, recordatorios y renovación de citas.
- Hacer seguimiento de los exámenes de PRL: control documental y envío a proveedor.
- Envíar plantillas de EPIS y realizar su control y firma.
- Realizar la apertura de nuevos centros de trabajo (Ciclo completo, administración y PRL).
- Coordinar la actividad de PRL: descargar y controlar los vencimientos de los partes de visitas, actualizar la carpeta con la documentación sobre tecnicos para visitas a clientes y compartir con CS.
- Confeccionar el calendario de festivos según BOE.
- Realizar las altas, afiliaciones y bajas a Seguridad Social.
- Emitir contratos al SEPE.
- Recepcionar y gestionar la comunicación de embargos en nómina.
- Diseñar las comunicaciones internas.
- Tramitar las altas en sistema de nóminas.
Para elllo, los** requisitos **que precisamos de esta persona son:
- Formación profesional Superior en Administración o relacionada con Relaciones laborales.
- Al menos 1 año de experiência en un puesto de administración en empresa.
- Excel nível avanzado.
- Powerpoint nível avanzado, valorable haber utilizado Canva.
- Desemplea experiência en ambiente internacional.
- Nível de inglés alto, al menos un B2.
