**Position Overview**:
As the Head of Payment Operations and Client Management, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimising our payment operations while nurturing strong client relationships. With your expertise in leadership, client relations and payments, you will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and product teams to optimise processes, improve customer satisfaction, and drive growth. Reporting directly to the CEO you will lead a talented team and be responsible for ensuring efficient payment operations and enhancing the overall customer experience.
**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee day-to-day payment optimization and payment product team, including payment processing, KYC, automation and optimization.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimise processing efficiency.
- Facilitate seamless integration of payment solutions for eCommerce platforms.
- Stay updated with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance with payment-related laws.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Act as the main point of contact for current client inquiries, escalations, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customised solutions to clients.
- Set clear goals and performance metrics, and provide ongoing feedback and coaching to a high-performing team.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the department.
- Monitor payment-related KPIs and financial metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve performance.
- Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to support departmental goals.
- Ensure that all operations adhere to regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience within the iGaming industry and payment operations (preferably in Ecommerce as well).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and client relationship management abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of payment processing systems.
- Ability to lead and inspire a team.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving industry.
