**Internship Customer Happiness & Improvements (CH&I)**
As a CH&I Intern at Helloprint, you are responsible for analyzing and create plans to improve our Customer Journey. Your goal is to always improve our Helloprint Experience to make it the best on earth. You are a high performer who drives on ensuring a stable and smooth experience for our customers, and will help improve our Customer Experience Specialist's skills and day-to-day work.

**How will you do this?**
- You will experience the role, skills, and mindset of a Customer Experience Specialist. Training and coaching on the skills for a 9+ Customer Experience.
- Improve processes; suggest, develop and implement improvements in the way of working of the Customer Experience Specialists and related departments.
- Be the point of contact for the development teams with two goals: Improve the customer journey so there will be fewer contact moments, and improve the CX journey so we can help the customers more efficiently.

**What you will be doing**
- You will work one day a week in the Customer Experience team to keep contact with the customer on a weekly basis and to see what is hot topic to improve;
- Analyze feedback of customers (NPS, CSAT score) and share insights with relevant departments;
- Define improvement actions based on your own experiences, your study, and the customer feedback given on different channels;
- Communicate improvements and defined actions to relevant stakeholders;
- Support in our initial training week (HITWeek - Helloprint International Training Week), as the CH&I is also responsible for training and development;
- Fulfill PMO support (assist and support in managing and tracking projects, the customer help center on the site, meetings, documentation, and data of CH&I);
- Based on your interests, development, and ideas there are opportunities to pick up other initiatives.

**What we’re looking for**
- You are enrolled in a bachelor's studies related to International Business (or similar);
- You are enrolled in University during the total duration of your internship;
- You are available for a 4-6 months internship;
- You have a proficiency level in English;
- Other European languages are a plus;
- You have a proactive attitude and impeccable communication skills;
- You are dynamic and flexible which helps you fit within the Helloprint environment;
