**Position overview**:
As a Customer Happiness and Improvements Intern, you will play a pivotal role in driving continuous enhancements within our Customer Experience Center. Working closely with our seasoned professionals, you'll have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in strategic decision-making, data analysis, and process optimization.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improving customer experiences.
- Assist in analyzing data and metrics to inform data-driven strategies for enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Support the implementation of initiatives aimed at streamlining processes and empowering customers through self-service options.
- Contribute to the development of a culture of continuous improvement at both strategic and operational levels.
- Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and team meetings to share innovative ideas and insights.
