Finance Business Partner Analyst

KEY OUTCOMES
- Support the FD in all reporting, financial analysis and group requests for her perimeter (Spain, Italy, Switzerland and Israel) and support the FD of Eastern Europe in coordinating their countries (8) with the global functions of Kantar Media
- Sales follow up and all reportings revenue related
- Support the FD in revenue forecast, costs forecast, function forecasts
- Act as an intermediary between the global units (Product, operations, IT, Marketing) and the local finance team for all EMEA countries to complete their requirements
- Implement new reportings by domain and/or new ones requested by the Group
- Follow plans and costs savings
- Work closely with the countries Financial Controllers to understand actual reporting and underlying trends to ensure that actual reporting is accurate
- Understand revenue, GM and cost drivers to aid decision-makers in improving revenue, GM and profitability on a customer, product or OpCo
- Support the FD in building and reporting Budget & Forecasts process for Market costs and full P&L overview
- All tasks related to month end (invoicing uploads, deferred and accrued revenue reconciliation, revenue waterfalls, costs accruals, costs reconciliations, etc) and collaboration in building the deck of month end data to the EMEA FD
- Variance analysis of costs and revenues and propose corrective measures where necessary
- Work with:
- Local finance teams in EMEA countries
- Regional Finance Directors
- Local IT/OPS managers to monitor plans and costs
- Product and IT/OPS Business Partners in a matrix environment
- Global procurement to optimise purchases and spending internally;
- Country Controller to ensure reporting accuracy;
- Peers
- Oversee trend and variance analysis and explain commercial impacts to the business and key stakeholders;
CAPABILITIES
- Accuracy and self review of data presented
- Accountable, delivers on promises and follows through on commitments even in challenging circumstances;
- Commercial mind set & business oriented;
- Track record of working in uncertain and ambiguous situations;
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Finance Business Partner, Commercial Finance or Financial Controlling facing role;
- Financially-orientated qualification;
- Fully fluent in English.
