Role Overview The Senior Finance Business Partner will act as the primary financial advisor to the Regional General Manager and Senior Leadership Team (SLT). The role will focus exclusively on supporting business growth, profitability and driving value through commercial insight, supporting execution of strategy, and improving business performance. Key Responsibilities Partner with the GM and SLT to challenge and influence decision-making across commercial, operational, and strategic initiatives. Provide financial leadership on Request-For-Proposal reviews, investment cases, customer profitability, and sales forecasting. Analyse customer, product, and channel profitability to identify growth opportunities and areas for performance improvement. Develop financial models and scenario analysis to support pricing, commercial negotiations, and new market entry decisions. Lead the regional forecasting and budgeting process in partnership with the central finance team. Translate group financial targets into actionable regional business plans, challenging assumptions where necessary. Monitor performance against budget, forecast, and key KPIs; identify variances and partner with leadership to drive corrective actions. Deliver clear, concise financial reporting and presentations to the GM, SLT, and Group Finance. Collaborate seamlessly with the centralised Finance Centre on accounting, tax, and compliance activities. Act as the regional point of contact to ensure financial operations are aligned with business needs. Collaborate, share and support fellow Finance Business Partner colleagues with delivering a standardised and best practice approach to FBP across Europe. Which skills, competencies and experience are we looking for? Operational Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with significant post-qualification experience. Proven track record as a Finance Business Partner in a multinational environment. Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate financial analysis into business insight. Experience in sales forecasting, customer profitability analysis, and commercial contract support. Strong analytical and modelling skills, with advanced Excel/Power BI capability. Skilled in preparing and delivering impactful presentations to senior audiences. Relational Excellent influencing skills; able to challenge senior stakeholders constructively. Highly collaborative, able to build strong cross-functional relationships. Personal Characteristics Strategic thinker with strong business curiosity. Proactive, resilient, and comfortable working in a changing environment. Hands-on and detail-oriented, while able to maintain a big-picture view.
