The People Advisor must be a passionate leader who will inspire the surrounding teams and educate, advise and influence business leaders. **Requirements**: - A minimum of 3-5 years of HR experience in a fast paced and professional environment - Proven success of "champion of the culture," facilitating excellent communication and employee engagement across a global and diverse organisation - Team focused with an understanding of the bigger picture and how you can contribute - Able to effectively manage different stakeholders and be persuasive - Breadth of experience across the entire HR function - Able to switch from a strategic planner to ensuing all basics of the department are covered (i.e. induction, starters, leavers, etc). - Fluency across a variety of HR disciplines, e.g. organisational development, leadership and talent development, HR process design and HRIS, compensation management, HR administration and diversity and inclusion - CIPD qualification (working towards or achieved) would be an advantage **Benefits** Soho House offers competitive compensation packages that feature global benefits and perks.
