**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the general management of the office
- Provide technical support to the maintenance and reform processes of the building
- General contact person for colleagues, cleaning service, property management, neighbors, business partners, and suppliers
- Welcoming clients, new employees, and visitors into the office
- Managing the telephone during business hours
- Place orders that are necessary for the company or employees
- Purchasing and replenishing office, kitchen, and cleaning supplies when necessary
- Travel arrangements when needed
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Communication department of the company, helping to organize activities and team-building events
- Helping the IT department with simple actions such as turning equipment on and off, laying cables and organizing them, etc.

**Requirements**:

- Certificate of Disability as a plus
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Willingness to work very flexible hours, including weekends and/or evenings when needed
- Friendly, calm, and open personality
- Strong communication, administration, and organization skills
- Able to multitask and efficiently manage own responsibilities
- Handling sensitive information with diligence and discretion
- Working well within a team
- Profound Spanish and English language skills, spoken and in writing
- Eligible to work in Spain
- Sound knowledge of
- MS Office (particularly Excel and Word)
