In fiscal year 2019, which ended on September 30, 2019, the former Siemens Mobility Division posted revenue of €8.9 billion and had around 36,800 employees worldwide.We want to join a Planning and Processes Technician within the engineering department of Siemens Mobility Spain (Siemens Mobility SLU + Siemens Rail Automation)Mission:
- Be the interface between Engineering and Controlling department, both for the allocation of resources within engineering department tools, and for the charging of engineering hours in SAP.
- Help with the settlement and maintenance of all engineering tools.
- Support to Planning & Process team
Main Responsibilities:
- Administrates internal Engineering Department management tools (Task report, ARTEP, ATLHAS, etc.): creation of projects, users, paternity leaves, sick leaves
- Performs an interface role within all engineering departments, collecting information and writing reports to the management
- Support to Planning and Process team for administrative tasks (monthly countable closure, resource load in projects, etc.)
- Continuous improvement for the complete engineering process
- Inspires with his passion and enthusiasm to continuously push innovation, willing to improve and optimize.
- Desired Skills and ExperienceEssential Requirements:
- Knowledge of MS Office as user level, particularly it is important a good level of Excel (macros development not required)
- Knowledge of management tools as ARTEP, ATLHAS.
- Written and spoken English medium/high level.
- Capacity of sum up information from different sources
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Show interest in learning how to use new tools.
