**WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?**
- In our team, you will address one of our clients’ needs by providing **support services for IT infrastructure management** and IT service operations. You will take on a specialized technical role within the project team, handling tool **administration and assessing improvements, with a particular focus on ServiceNow and its CMDB.**-
- **WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?**
- For this position, we are looking for a specialized technician with **at least 3 years** **of experience** in Service Management projects to provide support services for IT **infrastructure management and IT service operations.**
- We will also value previous experience and knowledge of:

- Deep knowledge of the ServiceNow tool (CSA), FCC’s corporate tool for ITSM process management.
- Experience in managing ITSM processes.
- Experience in creating reports and dashboards.
- ITIL Foundation v3 certification.
- High level of English is essential.
