**Responsibilities**:
The Scrum Master will coach and support development teams and individuals to continuously improve in their daily work through Agile principles, practices, and methods. They will act as servant leader, helping the team to remove impediments and conflicts. The Scrum Master will also help the organization in establishing and develop an Agile culture to grow further in Agility.
Qualifications:
**Education and Years of Experience**:
- 3 - 5+ years working as Scrum Master
**Required Skills/Certifications**:
- Certified Scrum Master by SAFe, Scrum Alliance, Scrum.org
- Experience in a large software product development group
- Proven mentoring and coaching skills
- Great facilitation skills
- Knowledge of Agile and Lean principles and methods
- Knowledge of modern software development practices
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Application of SAFe
- Fluent in English
