Infotel UK, a leading technology company, is currently seeking a talented Scrum Master to join our team. As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for implementing Agile principles and practices to drive successful software development projects.
Key responsibilities include:
- Facilitating Scrum ceremonies, such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Guiding and supporting the development team in adopting and implementing Scrum practices
- Removing any impediments or roadblocks that may hinder the team's progress
- Collaborating closely with product owners to prioritize and manage the product backlog
- Monitoring and reporting on project progress, ensuring delivery on time and within budget
If you are a certified Scrum Master with a strong background in Agile software development and excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you.
**Requirements**:
- Scrum Master certification, such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile software development environment
- Deep knowledge of Scrum principles, practices, and frameworks
- Strong facilitation and coaching skills to guide and empower teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration
- Experience using Agile project management tools, such as Jira or Trello
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously is a plus
