**Job Definition**:

- Analyze large and complex data sets to identify patterns, trends, and insights
- Develop predictive models using statistical analysis and machine learning techniques
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and provide data-driven recommendations
- Design and implement experiments to test hypotheses and validate findings
- Develop data visualizations and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of models and algorithms and make improvements as necessary

**Job Qualification**:

- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, modeling, and machine learning
- Strong programming skills in Python or R
- Experience with big data technologies such as AWS, Hadoop, or Spark
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and machine learning techniques
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Fluent in English, any additional language is a bonus
