Following current financial legislation and accounting regulations, they also administer the funds and assets of the center. In this context, we are seeking a dedicated General Accountant to join the team, within the Management department. As part of our team, you will provide exceptional service and support in the accounting and financial management of the center, and interact with relevant stakeholders and BSC staff. **Key Duties** - Process account payable invoices and manage documents using SAP or other relevant systems. - Purchasing order management. - Prepare reports for the Head of Finance and Accounting. - Carry out the general tasks of the accounting department and the internal control of the execution of the general expenditure of the Centre. - Provide general administrative support to the Accounting team, including scanning processes and internal control of general expenses. - Cash and credit card transactions reconciliations. - Assist in financial and tax audits. **Requirements**: - Education - Degree in Business Administration or related field. - or Certificate of Higher or Medium Education (CFGM or CFGS/FPI or FPII) within the field of Business Administration or related field. - Essential Knowledge and Professional Experience - 2 -3 years of experience in accounting and/or financial administration roles. - Knowledge of Accounting and tax system. - Excellent skills in Microsoft office (Advanced level in Excel). - Additional Knowledge and Professional Experience - Experience with a specific accounting program (preferably SAP) will be valued. - High level of Spanish, oral and written (for Spanish documents processing).
