As financial analyst, you will provide financial and control expertise to the Mobile Robotics business in Burgos (Spain), helping relevant stakeholders to add value to the business in line with product group strategy. In this role you will provide key support to the business, ensuring accurate tracking and processing of all transactions. You will translate business strategy into plans and establish measurable targets, evaluate the financial implications of various strategic decisions, identify risks and recommend actions.

**This position reports to**:
Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Be a key player in monthly closing, performing financial analysis and reporting to business manager, making suggestions to improve performance.
- Work in partnership with Product Group Controller in forecasting/budgeting.
- Establishing cost structures, productivity optimization and capital efficiency while closely monitoring cash flow and taking relevant actions to improve net working capital.
- Ensuring compliance with internal guidelines/procedures and external regulatory requirements.
- Establishing and overseeing processes and tools to obtain transparent and reliable financial data and business information.
- Ensuring timely and efficient communication with GBS and other relevant stakeholders to identify and discuss issues, and suggest improvements

**Your background**:

- +5 years of experience in an accounting or financial analyst role
- Experience with computerized accounting systems and financial reporting software, SAP preferred.
- Outstanding attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to multitask
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business
- Advanced in English
